Join us for the "Re-Charge and Re-Direct Your Energy" Yoga/Pilates Workshop—a unique wellness event designed to help you rejuvenate, connect, and thrive. This special gathering blends mindful movement, self-care, nourishing food, and uplifting community connections to create an unforgettable experience.


Workshop Activities

· Lymph Cleanse self massage Face & Body Session:

Start your wellness journey with a gentle lymphatic cleanse for your face and body. This session promotes detoxification, reduces puffiness, and leaves you feeling light and renewed.

· Yoga & Pilates Fusion:

Enjoy a guided session combining the best of yoga and Pilates. Stretch, strengthen, and tone your muscles in a supportive environment suitable for all levels. I will help you bring balance to your mind and body. 

· Brunch: Nourish and Enjoy.

BRUNCH

Take a break and treat yourself to a delicious BRUNCH featuring a wide variety of foods and drinks. Whether you like fruit, smoothies, salad, or hummus, there's something for everyone.  Relax, refuel, and savour the flavours in a welcoming atmosphere

· Empowering Meditation:

Close the workshop with a guided meditation designed to help you focus, reset, and direct your energy towards your personal goals. Leave with a sense of peace, clarity, and empowerment.

·  Early bird £35 pay by the 15th of October, or  £45 later on an before the workshop to save your place

SELF LYMPHATIC MASSAGE FOR HEALTH AND RADIANCE GLOW

In our workshops we will have a session of Self -Care Lymphatic Massage to enhance Immunity, Health and Beauty

Through LDM, the enhanced circulation of lymphatic fluid helps to mobilise immune cells and remove waste products from the body.
